Wedding Photographer  Mallorca

Mallorca is one of those places where weddings feel naturally beautiful. The light, the sea, the historic fincas and quiet mountain landscapes create an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and elegant at the same time.

I’m Sandra Manas, a Mallorca wedding photographer documenting destination weddings across the island for couples who value natural, timeless photography.

Most of the celebrations I photograph bring together guests from different countries who travel to Mallorca for a few days to celebrate in one of the island’s beautiful venues. My approach is simple: to document the day as it unfolds, focusing on the real atmosphere, the people, and the small moments that make each wedding unique.

FEATURED STYLED SHOOT

Mallorca has become one of Europe’s most sought-after destinations for weddings, and it’s easy to see why.

From clifftop ceremonies overlooking the Mediterranean to elegant celebrations in historic countryside fincas, the island offers an incredible variety of settings for couples who want to gather their closest friends and family somewhere truly special.

Many of the couples I photograph travel from the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, the US and other parts of Europe to celebrate their wedding here. Often these weddings become more than a single day — they are relaxed multi-day celebrations where guests can spend time together enjoying the island.

Photographing these moments is always a privilege.

My photography style is editorial, calm, natural, and unobtrusive. I blend modern aesthetics with refined, timeless, film-like images. My images evoke an elevated, effortless sense of luxury, with movement, genuine connection, and organic moments captured with elegance.

Rather than directing the day, I focus on observing what is already happening — the interactions between people, the atmosphere of the place, and the small gestures that often become the most meaningful memories later.

When portraits happen, they are simple and relaxed. A short walk, a moment to breathe, and a few photographs that reflect the two of you naturally within the landscape.

The result is a collection of images that feels authentic and timeless rather than overly posed or staged.

a calm and unobstrusive way of photographing your day

Mallorca offers some of the most beautiful wedding venues in Europe.

From historic fincas surrounded by olive trees to dramatic coastal locations overlooking the Mediterranean, the island provides an incredible backdrop for destination weddings.

Some well-known venues include Son Marroig, La Fortaleza, Cap Rocat and many traditional Mallorcan fincas located in the countryside. Each location has its own atmosphere, light and character, which makes photographing weddings across the island always inspiring.

Having photographed weddings in Mallorca for many years, I’m familiar with many of the island’s venues and landscapes — from the Tramuntana mountains to the quiet coves along the coast.

Every wedding here has its own rhythm. Some are intimate gatherings with a small group of family and friends, while others bring together guests from around the world for a full weekend celebration.

My role is simply to document it all with care and attention so that the images continue to feel meaningful for many years to come.

Q. Do you photograph destination weddings in Mallorca?

A. Yes. Most of the weddings I photograph are destination weddings where couples travel to Mallorca with family and friends from different countries to celebrate on the island. I am also available to travel all over Spain, & the Mediterranean.

Q. Do you work with international couples?

A. Yes, most of the couples I photograph come from the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, the US and other parts of Europe. Mallorca is a wonderful place to bring people together for a relaxed celebration.

Q. What are the best wedding venues in Mallorca?

A. Mallorca offers a wide variety of beautiful venues, from historic countryside fincas to dramatic seaside locations overlooking the Mediterranean. Each venue has its own atmosphere and character, which is part of what makes weddings on the island so special.

Q. How far in advance should we book a Mallorca wedding photographer?

A. Most couples book their photographer between 12 and 18 months before the wedding, particularly for popular dates between May and October.

Q. Do I need a wedding planner for my wedding in Mallorca?

A. In most cases yes, you need a wedding planner.  Some wedding venues have an in-house wedding coordinator, especially hotels, and that is usually enough, but for finca weddings, private villas and other locations you will need outside help.

Q. How much budget should I allocate for my destination wedding photography in Mallorca?
A. I will answer with another question. How much do you value your memories?. Local photographers charge from 2,000 euros onwards (plus tax) for a full day, but the price depends on the experience, artistic vision and reputation of the photographer. I always recommend hiring the best and most experienced photographer you can afford, one with whom you connect well on a personal level.
