I loved photographing Nicola because she was not camera shy. I know that most of us do not enjoy being in front of the camera, so it is quite refreshing to have a bride that for once does not mind doing a little posing for moi.
The bridal preparations were held at a modernist-style villa in Sóller, surrounded by orange trees. The champagne bottle was popped and the party began! Check out Nicola´s face of surprise at popping the bottle before expected.
The ceremony was held at the stunning little church on top of the hill in Deià. The enchanting Church of Sant Joan Bautista, perched atop a hill with panoramic views, always takes our breath away (mostly because we have to walk uphill with our gear, hehehehe!).
Following the heartfelt ceremony, guests enjoyed a fun stroll down the narrow streets of the village, to the sound of a Spanish guitar player. And just a short walk from the church lies the exquisite and luxurious Belmond Hotel La Residencia, one of my personal favorites for couples seeking an understated elegant wedding venue in Mallorca.
