Fun Intimate Wedding in Son Tugores

Hi all! Its great to see you here! It´s been quite some time since my last post…where did all the time go? I went from super relaxed to super busy in 10 secs..! I did travel a bit during the spring, I went to Lake Como, which was great. I still have to post some of my best images from that trip. I´d love to shoot a wedding there one day (anyone out there…?! 🙂 As you know its a very popular place to get married as there are some magnificent villas around the Lake.

I also went to Bulgaria skiing and to Tenerife. The latter was so much fun! (mainly because I traveled on my own to visit my sister and because I love warm weather). Its sooo nice to have much needed me time when you are a busy mum.  If you don’t have children yet, you’ll understand me in a few years, hehehe. We stayed at the cool Hard Rock Hotel, which I highly recommend to all of you.

So back to the point, I wanted to share with you my favorite photos from my last wedding at Son Tugores. I really like this Mallorca wedding venue because its near Palma, with easy access, and the finca is beautiful. The couple, Sabrina & Daniel, came from Switzerland to celebrate their love with their friends and family. It was a small, relaxed and fun wedding. Just my kind of wedding! In fact it was complicated for me to take those signature romantic shots that I do, because they would not stop goofing around.

The love birds had met 8 years ago at a women´s handball match. Daniel was the referee. But nothing happened after that until they met again at a local festival in their hometown. You can see from the images that the couple is so much in love. Sabrina could not take her eyes off of Daniel, and was lovingly caring about him all day. During the ceremony Sabrina made sure Daniel did not bake in the hot sun by holding this tiny paper parasol. Right after the I Dos, Daniel took a selfie of everyone on his mobile. The groom loves to takes selfies so he spent the whole day taking selfies here and there. Daniel was very emotional throughout the whole day and he even shed a tear at the start of his preparations shoot. He recovered very quickly but I thought it was so cute.

Sabrina was so expressive and fun. She reminds me of Julia Roberts, do you see the resemblance? Her beautiful smile brightened up the whole room! Sabrina´s dress was very special. She wore her mum´s dress, that had been adapted for her. I particularly liked the mum-daughter photos of Sabrina and her mum. I am quite moved at those because I lost my mum 7 years ago now and I miss her everyday. So at every chance I get I immortalize these kinds of moments.

I´d like to thank Jutta at Mallorca Hochzeiten for counting on me for such a special wedding. Of course huge thanks to Sabrina and Daniel for choosing me and being so fun and easy going with me. Here are he first comments I received from Sabrina after receiving her online gallery:
